1.1. These Terms govern your access to and use of the individual candidate-facing interfaces, tools, and voice systems of the Hansel Platform (the "Platform"), which is operated by Hansel Careers Ltd (referred to as "we", "us", or "Hansel"). By creating an account, uploading career documents, or interacting with our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Career Compass Terms in full.

1.2. If you are using our Services, you are doing so strictly as an individual professional looking for personal growth mapping, external market benchmarking, and direct career navigation. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

2.1. AI Conversation and Career Coaching: The Services include deep, conversational voice calls and text interactions driven by Hansel’s Artificial Intelligence interface (the "AI Coach"). This coaching engine records, processes, and structures information from your interactions to understand your professional background, technical skill sets, career goals, and trajectory options.

2.2. Informational and Advisory Boundary: Our Platform uses advanced AI and machine-learning models to give you tailored market insights. Because market dynamics and technology move quickly, any salary ranges, promotion timelines, skill gap analyses, or career guidance provided by the AI Coach are for informational and career development purposes only. They do not constitute binding contractual commitments, absolute guarantees of corporate placement, or formal legal advice. You must always use your own professional judgment before making final career decisions.

3.1. Mandatory Profile Setup: To access the "Full Fat" Career Compass and unlock a career conversation, you must register a single personal account and upload an up-to-date copy of your professional CV or resume. Providing your CV is an absolute mandatory requirement to use our tools; without a verified CV, the system cannot initialize your profile, and access to the conversational coaching and benchmarking features will remain locked.

3.2. Closing Your Account: You are under no obligation to stay on the platform. You have the absolute right to delete your account, wipe your conversational history, and leave the Platform at any time from within your settings dashboard or by messaging us at hello@hansel.group.

3.3. Rules of the Road: When interacting with our AI Coach or accessing the services, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, forged, or intentionally misleading professional histories, salaries, CV files, or credentials.
• Use automated scripts, spiders, scraping tools, bots, or malicious software to pull data, crawl, or extract insights from our external data ledger.
• Engage in abusive, hostile, or harassing language during your voice or text coaching sessions.

4.1. Hansel Careers Ltd grants you a temporary, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our digital interfaces for individual career tracking and coaching.

4.2. This is a temporary license to use the app, not a sale. All underlying software code, structural data systems, proprietary algorithmic matching logic, trademark rights, and our universal Taxonomy Schema Framework remain the exclusive property of Hansel Careers Ltd.

1.1. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between Hansel Careers Ltd and any visitor or user accessing our public website pages, informational resources, or benchmarking tools.

1.2. We reserve the right to make functional updates or improvements to these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will let you know by posting a clear notice on our website or emailing you directly if you have an active account. Continuing to browse or use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2.1. Access to our public website is provided free of charge and at our discretion. We may temporarily suspend, restrict, or take down parts of the site without notice for essential security upgrades or technical maintenance.

2.2. Visitors must not attempt to breach our technical security boundaries, disrupt our servers through denial-of-service attempts, or attempt to reverse-engineer our outward-facing market intelligence engines.

3.1. All website features, market data summaries, and career insights are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we use deep external data parameters to keep our benchmarks accurate, we cannot guarantee the live, absolute accuracy of every external dataset or market change.

3.2. Hansel Careers Ltd will not be held liable for any career decisions made, potential opportunities missed, or financial changes incurred based on how you interpret the insights on our public or conversational platforms.

1.1. At Hansel, we treat the confidentiality of your professional journey as our absolute priority. We collect and process candidate personal data for one core purpose: to give you exceptional, high-fidelity career pathing, skill matching, and market benchmarking.

1.2. The Hard Boundary: Hansel Careers Ltd will never sell, rent, or license your personal data to third-party data brokers. Your confidential conversation transcripts and voice recordings with our AI Coach are entirely private and are never shared directly with hiring firms or employers without your clearance.

To deliver our core services in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we process the following datasets:

3.1. No Automated Decisions: We use AI machine-learning models to profile your skills, generate match scores, and recommend look-alike market paths. However, we do not make legally binding or significant decisions solely by automated means. Potential employers always execute final human oversight and make human hiring decisions. You hold an absolute right to request human review of any automated recommendation.

3.2. AI Safeguards: We use your conversation transcripts and app interactions to train and refine our matching logic accuracy. However, we never create biometric voiceprints from your voice recordings, and we never send your personal data out into public, third-party model environments.

4.1. Your identity and raw CV on the platform are completely hidden by default. If your conversation with the AI Coach highlights a perfect match with a live position, your details and credentials will only be passed to that specific employer once you have explicitly authorized and confirmed the connection on the Platform.

4.2. We share processing data with trusted third-party technology providers strictly to host our secure applications and safeguard your data. All such providers are tied to strict Data Processing Contracts ensuring your data is not compromised.

5.1. Under the UK GDPR, you hold absolute rights to access the personal information we hold, correct any inaccurate fields, restrict processing, or request the permanent erasure of your entire dataset.

5.2. If you choose to close your account or execute your Right to be Forgotten, we completely purge your registration details, wipe your financial benchmarks, completely un-link your conversation transcripts, and permanently delete your CV files from our secure cloud storage servers. To exercise any of your rights, simply contact our privacy desk at hello@hansel.group.

• CV & Document Purge: Your uploaded CV or resume files are permanently deleted from our secure cloud storage servers.
• Financial Records Clean-Up: All logged compensation details, bonus structures, and package benefits associated with your user ID are completely wiped clean.
• Conversational Reset: Your entire voice and text transcript history with our AI Coach is completely de-identified and permanently unlinked from your identity.
• Account Closure: Your registration profile, phone number, and email address are deleted from our active user directory.

You don't need to jump through corporate hoops or fill out complex legal requests. You can close your account and wipe your records in two simple ways:

• In-App: Navigate to your Account Settings dashboard, scroll to the privacy section, and click "Permanently Delete My Account and Data."
• Via Email: Message our privacy team directly at hello@hansel.group from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Delete My Account Request." Our team will process your request and completely wipe your data footprint from our architecture within 30 days, sending you a final confirmation once the database purge is complete.

Cookies are tiny text files placed on your computer or mobile device by a website's server. They act as a short-term memory for digital tools, allowing the app to remember your login status, track user sessions, and preserve choices you make from page to page.

Because the individual app functions dynamically—relying on interactive conversational paths and data inputs—we use cookies for three specific reasons:

• Essential / Functional Cookies: These are mandatory to run our software. They keep you logged securely into your profile, preserve your session states, and remember your text configurations as you use our Guided Sentence Builder tool. Without these, the application cannot function correctly.
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: These tell us how candidates interact with our web pages. They track metrics like how long a user spends in a voice coaching module, which prompt boxes get clicked most frequently, and where users drop off during the onboarding phase. This aggregate tracking helps us continually optimize our user experience.
• Preference Cookies: These allow our platform to remember settings specific to your dashboard layout or regional choices, ensuring you get a consistent experience every time you return.

• We never use tracking cookies to build advertising files around your browsing behaviors.
• We never sell your session tracking metrics or cookie data to external marketing companies.
• We never pass cookie identifier data to corporate employers or hiring firms.

You have absolute authority over what your device shares. When you visit our web platform for the first time, our cookie consent banner allows you to toggle optional analytics and preference parameters on or off.

Additionally, you can completely block or erase existing cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). However, please note that blocking our strictly essential cookies will break the profile infrastructure and disable access to the Career Compass tools.

No visitor, corporate entity, or registered individual user has the right to copy, reproduce, crawl, mirror, distribute, or extract any data layouts, branding materials, or codebase structures found across our platform domains.

To preserve the security and commercial integrity of our systems, you explicitly agree that you and your representatives will not:

• Use any automated robot, spider, crawler, or scripting engine to "scrape" or mass-extract candidate parameters, taxonomy frameworks, or data ledger outputs for any purpose.
• Use our system datasets, structural parameters, taxonomy designs, or matching logic to create, distribute, or support a competitive product or service.
• Attempt to probe, test, or breach the structural vulnerability of our systems or circumvent any digital authentication measures.

Any violation of these acceptable use terms will result in the immediate termination of your access privileges, a permanent block of your network IP address, and immediate legal recovery actions for intellectual property infringement.
